What items are non-refundable?
We do not offer refunds due to sizing on the tag being different than the size you ordered. Many of our products are in Asian sizing and we convert it to US sizing on our website for your convenience. The sizing charts found on our product pages are equal to the product you receive.
We do not offer refunds if you order the wrong sized product.
Are there any charges for return?
- There is no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if any)
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- You have the option to use the credit to purchase another item (pay the difference if the price is higher for the other item you chose). Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you the voucher of same amount to use at the checkout.
- Above option can only be used for same or higher priced items than the one you returned.
