To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging


What items are non-refundable?

  • Gift cards
  • Free products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

We do not offer refunds due to sizing on the tag being different than the size you ordered. Many of our products are in Asian sizing and we convert it to US sizing on our website for your convenience. The sizing charts found on our product pages are equal to the product you receive.


We do not offer refunds if you order the wrong sized product.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if any)
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
  • You have the option to use the credit to purchase another item (pay the difference if the price is higher for the other item you chose). Please email us at support@80orless.com and we will send you the voucher of same amount to use at the checkout.
  • Above option can only be used for same or higher priced items than the one you returned.
